Is there any need for a drain?
So being ever so dull what is that diagram telling me to charge the thumpers with, is it produce distilled from a strip run in the first thumper and produced distilled from a spirit run in the second thumper or is it tails then heads? What does the ratio refer to, is it 1 part low wine to 1 part water and 3 parts high wine to 1 part water or is it a ration of wines to wash?
Sorry perhaps these are just silly newbie questions!
Thanks
Captain.
High wines is heads low wines is tails. You would need to do a few runs to get your stock of heads and tails.
You get them by doing cuts. Collect in small amounts then use taste and smell to seperate heads/hearts/tails. Read kiwis stillers guide in beginners section well tell you what's what.
Remember that high and low wines in this instance is caribean terminology, not aussie or American. We call everything from a strip run low wines. So don't get the two confused :handgestures-thumbupleft:
In caribbean terminology high wines is the beginning of a spirit run and low wines is the end. Hope it makes sense.
