So my last run has left me scratching my head, here's the timeline:
1. TPW x 3
2. All stripped and combined
3. Reflux run for neutral, made cuts as best I could
4. Odins gin recipe, although the mandarins I used were pretty big - so lots of peel
5. Steeped for 2 weeks
6. All in boiler for pot run
7. All good (although the mandarin really came through more than expected)
8. Watered down and now cloudy
From searching, it looks like it could be too much oil from the mandarins and once ABV drops below 47-50% it clouds up?
Is the easiest solution to bump up the ABV with some more neutral or perhaps re-run it? Would re-running it sort the issue do you think, given the oils are still there?
