Thanks Wellsy,

I’ve been running a t500 for a while now, close to 2 years.
TPW has been my staple but picked up a pot lid a couple of months ago and am trying my luck on a corn flake whiskey.
2 mashes done and stripped and will do one more before the spirit run.
Looking forward to it!

Cheers

Thanks mate, plenty of learning ahead of me, but at least my money isn’t being spent at Dan Murphy’s these days!

BTW, loved the show back in the day, Carradine rocked it!

Cheers

I used one for a while before I upgraded further, think you will find a power controller useful for the spirit run if you plan on slowing delivery down for max quality during your cuts. Otherwise its pretty straight forward.
