Howdy from a Newbie in Mildura

Howdy
Wondering if there are any like minded fellow distillers around my neck of the woods. I am a newbie and just dipping my toes into Brewing and Stilling. Wife and I have trade off. Spotlight for her and Brewing for me. :violence-stickwhack:

Howdy Sqizzy , stillers be everywhere mate :handgestures-thumbupleft:
You’ll find them hanging around the baking and sugar isle in woolies or in the plumbing sections at Bunnings :laughing-rolling:
Enjoy your stay and feel free to ask questions , we have a great bunch around here all to happy help.
Cheers

Welcome Squzzy.

Heaps of good info in Newbies Corner.

Here's a good place to start given you have a T500: https://aussiedistiller.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=57&t=11917

There's also a thread around somewhere on how to get the best out of your air still.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Howdy Sqizzy

Plenty of Victorians in the forum. And also plenty using the kitchen bench top Air Still (especially for Gin's).

Enjoy the rabbit hole you have just fallen into. It a lotta fun.

PS - my wife also likes spotlight.
