G'day folks, I've been all grain brewing beer for a few years and thought I ought to have a go at rum, built a bit of a still from a boiler I had, some copper off cuts and a few bought bits.

Hopefully doing a rum wash this week.

Now as your a seasoned beer brewer tell us more in the beer forum as mate I'm finally getting off bottled beer and into a twin setup of corny kegs and in this area call me a newbie :scared-eek:
