G'Day Gazza and welcome to the rabbit hole mate :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Now remember if one makes the product right there is no need to filter just take cuts and let them air for atleast 24 hours so the angels can have a drink, then decide which cuts you want to keep. The heads will smell like nail polish remover and they will give one bad hangover where the part we want is the hearts that have a neutral smell, now as the ABV goes down on the run the tails start and they can smell like wet cardboard or a mangy dog.

So mate get reading and keep reading and you will soon be going deeper down the hole and making good product and remember the secret to a top drop "Hurry up and Wait"

Cheers Bryan

Welcome!
Kegland sells the 4mm one, the MK11 instruction gives you wiring details. Should be pretty easy, though I'd check the calibration against another known thermometer and calibrate as required.

Hi all i have taken the bottom of the controller and there is a plastic insert where the two wires are the ones on the control box are both white and the one from keg land has a red one and a white one. I cant see how the two wires connect to the plastic insert. Thanks Gary.

Bit of an open ended question really , what still ? how tall ? What diameter ?
Why stainless ? It’s nowhere near as good as copper
