Just drawing up some templates for build, and I found this software which helped and easy to use, 30 day evaluation
http://www.efofex.com
Fx Draw V4

Western Australia developed - too many clever people over west.
I found the software a little buggy, but 30 day free trial, all I need.
I have these as pdf's so they print to scale but cannot upload.

PM me if interested in obtaining the pdf files.

On the sieve plate, the small circles/holes are 1.5mm on a 5mm grid
The large circle/plate is 96mm diameter which is the internal dimensions of aussie 4" (100mm external) , to my best measures.
I'll fit up a paper cutout to double check though

Here's a website that will make templates for you, optimising packing too. Click Applications on the bar on top, or navigate 9/10ths of the way down the page till you see a little entry form called Applications

For example: I want to pack as many half inch tubes into a bit of 3inch pipe for my defleg, leaving 3mm between tubes.
So I enter 72mm for the ID of my 3" pipe for the plate size, and 14.2 for the circle diameter [12.7mm (tube OD) + 1.5mm (tube gap)]
hit enter, and viola instant template. The result just needs to be resized to fit your application.

If you want optimal separation for 200 holes on a 4" plate, look on the home page in that big list of numbers for 400 on the left and click on it. Size the printout to 4" and you have a drilling guide.

This only leaves 2.5mm between the outer diameter of each drilled hole... :-B

Yea, really managed to get myself all confused between radius and diameter

Should be 6.5mm circles
