I thought I'd registered here years ago, but couldn't find myself, so have started again.
Hi all, I'm Ladybee, been brewing and distilling for 10 years or more.
On the 'brewing' side, I prefer to make stout or dark ales. Occasionally a lighter style, but generally my tastes run to the dark side.
I've also made a number of fruit wines, my best being an elderflower champagne, closely followed by damson wine which is lovely when lightly chilled. Has a nice 'spritz' to it.
But distilling is what I'm here for, of course and I look forward to learning more from you all,
